Stool of bus shelters

1, materials:

Stool surface 1.5mm304 stainless steel

Phi 76mm * 3mm304 stainless steel legs

2, process:

1) the bus shelters and stool surfaces are brushed;

2) punching the stool surface;

3) the bus booth, stool, sheet metal processing link, should use turret automatic NC punching machine or laser cutting machine processing, CNC bending machine flanging, ensure the machining accuracy and interchangeability of parts.

Ceiling process of bus shelter

1: Material: keel 3mm galvanized steel plate, upper and lower sealing plate, 1.2mm galvanized steel plate, rack 30 * 30 * 2mm galvanized square tube.

2, process:

1) the bus shelters are sprayed with special metal matte paint on the roof surface. The spraying process is: degreasing - grinding - primer (special formula, high adhesion) - gypsum putty - half-way paint - Repair - matte finish two times. Do not peel off after 1 * 1mm test;

2) the processing of the ceiling sheet metal of the bus shelter should be controlled by turret automatic NC punching machine or laser cutting machine, and the flanging of the NC bending machine can ensure the machining accuracy and interchangeability of the parts.

Column of bus shelter

1, materials:

Bottom plate: 12mm steel plate

Column main frame: 3mm galvanized steel plate folded into a rectangle

Column Outsourcing: 3mm aluminum profiles.

2, process:

1) studs and aluminum surface spraying special metal matte paint for automobile, small ads posted in prison, spraying process: Oil burnishing primer (special formula, high adhesion) - gypsum putty - paint - Repair - matte finish to two. Do not peel off after 1 * 1mm test;

2) the frame and the floor must be fully welded and equipped with a triangular stiffener;

3) the hole of the bottom plate adopts laser cutting or die punching;

4) the processing of column and sheet metal in the bus booth should be controlled by turret automatic NC punching machine or laser cutting machine, and the flanging of NC bending machine can ensure the machining accuracy and interchangeability of parts.
