There are many kinds of traffic signs, most of which are made of aluminum alloy. Because of their light weight and corrosion resistance, they are widely used. There is also a kind of stainless steel material. The most efficient and convenient method is to use the MIG MIG gas shielded welding process to do spot welding. There is also a traditional method, rivet riveting process, which has many procedures and low efficiency.

Reflective material

Road traffic sign boards shall be made of reflective films or other retroreflective materials that meet the requirements of the current highway traffic mark reflective film (GB/T18833).

Traffic sign board with reflecting film material, highway, a highway should adopt one or two grade reflective film, two or three road traffic signs should adopt three or four grade reflective film, four roads should adopt the four or five grade reflective film. Higher grade reflective film should be adopted in highway with more actual traffic flow.

Gantry type, cantilever hanging type etc. traffic signs should be used in road side traffic signs reflecting film of higher rank.

Marker plate

Traffic sign board can use Aluminum Alloy plate, Aluminum Alloy extrusion profiles, steel sheet, synthetic resin sheet manufacturing, materials used shall be in accordance with the "road sign plate and support" (GB/T23827) regulations, should be based on the calculated thickness.

Supporting structure

Traffic signs, columns and beams can be made of steel pipe, H steel, channel steel and reinforced concrete. The top of the steel pipe shall be provided with a column cap. Steel members shall be protected against corrosion.

Reinforced concrete foundation shall be provided for traffic signs. The single column traffic signs at the bridge section can be attached to the bridge with steel structure.
